Outstanding in the Field is a traveling dinner series that brings people together at one long table, set right where the food is grown, raised, and brought to life. This July, that table comes to us.

On July 14, Outstanding in the Field is setting their table at our founding farm, The Ground at Tabula Rasa Farms, as we celebrate 10 years of regenerative farming. Hosted by Brenda Smola-Foti and Justin Peterson, the evening is a chance to sit down in the fields where your food was grown and experience firsthand the connection between our farm and what’s on your plate.

Grounded Table's own Sarah Schafer and Brett Uniss will craft a seasonal menu guided entirely by what the land offers this season, paired with wines from Lytle-Barnett and Aubaine. With decades of experience from some of the most celebrated kitchens in the world, there's no better team to bring this dinner to life.

Come celebrate a decade of growing something meaningful. We are honored to be selected as a stop on Outstanding in the Field's summer tour, and we can't wait to share this evening with you.
