Oregon Truffle Festival: Fresh Truffle Marketplace
In celebration of the Oregon Truffle Festival’s 20th anniversary, the festival has partnered with Oregon Taste, a project of the James Beard Public Market, to bring the largest fresh truffle marketplace in Oregon to McMinnville. Join us at Stillwater on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 11 AM to 4 PM for this beloved winter gathering.
Sample and purchase dog-harvested truffles, Oregon wines, truffled chocolate, cheeses, macarons, and more, while enjoying cooking demonstrations, a truffle infusion tutorial, and a truffle dog demonstration. Experience the full range of Oregon truffles, shaved, infused, and incorporated into both savory and sweet dishes.
Oregon Truffle & Wine Dinner
Celebrate Oregon Truffles with a 4-course dinner created by Chef Sarah Schafer and Chef Brett Uniss. Welcome greeting with bites and bubbles, featuring sparkling wine from Kate Payne-Brown's 'Dolores' then enjoy the beauty and bounty of the Valley's offerings, paired with wines by Grant Coulter of Hundred Suns. $175 per person including meal and wine pairings. Full bar also available. Doors at 6:00pm, seating at 6:30. You may select Bar or Communal Dining seats.

Kraut & About Sauerkraut Canning Workshop
Join us at the farmstand for a chef-led, hands-on sauerkraut canning workshop led by Chef Brett. Enjoy hard cider made with apples from our founding farm, Tabula Rasa Farms, while you learn the art of fermentation, discover tips for preserving your harvest, then take home your very own jar of tangy, probiotic-rich kraut.
