Set on the vibrant, regenerative lands of Tabula Rasa Farms, this immersive farm-to-fire dinner is a collaborative celebration between The Ground and Tournant, whose seminal approach to open-fire cooking celebrates time, place, and purpose.

Together, we’ll honor the animal—beef raised right here on the farm—with a multi-course meal that highlights a variety of cuts, both familiar and lesser-known. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared over fire to bring out the full depth of flavor and respect the whole animal.

Westward Whiskey will join us for the evening, offering their award-winning Northwest spirits, and Abbott Claim Winery will showcase their beautifully crafted local wines that reflect the character of the Willamette Valley.
