On the eve of the celebrated ¡Salud! events, join us Thursday, November 13th at 6 p.m. at The Ground @ Stillwater in McMinnville for an intimate and elevated dining experience. Each partner is passionately dedicated to regenerative practices—nurturing the earth while honoring the hands that tend it.

Chef Heidi Whitney-Schile of Ambar Estate will artfully compose a multi-course menu showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients from The Ground’s founding farm Tabula Rasa Farms. Each intricate course is thoughtfully paired with hand-crafted wines from Ambar Estate and Soter Vineyards. This is far more than a dinner; it is a celebration of shared values and a heartfelt toast to those who sustain our community and the art of winemaking.
