Celebrate Oregon Truffles with a 4-course dinner created by Chef Sarah Schafer and Chef Brett Uniss. Welcome greeting with bites and bubbles, featuring sparkling wine from Kate Payne-Brown's 'Dolores' then enjoy the beauty and bounty of the Valley's offerings, paired with wines by Grant Coulter of Hundred Suns. $175 per person including meal and wine pairings. Full bar also available. Doors at 6:00pm, seating at 6:30. You may select Bar or Communal Dining seats.
