Some venues hand you keys and a vendor list. We hand you a full team. Catering, bar, rentals, equipment, service staff, and planning support all live in-house at Stillwater. That means no rental company contracts, one point of contact from first walkthrough to last dance, and food that comes from our own regenerative farm just up the road.
From an intimate ceremony in the Garden to a 150-guest celebration that flows through every room, the venue adapts to you. Modern, rustic, or somewhere in between, our team works with you (or your planner) to build a celebration that truly represents you and your partner.

The Garden
A tranquil outdoor oasis of manicured greenery, made for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and golden-hour photos. An open-air setting that needs very little to feel complete.
The Solarium
Exposed brick and natural light pouring through elegant lunette windows. Warm, airy, and anchored by a stationary bar, the Solarium is built for dinner, dancing, and everything after.
The Barrel Room
Rows of oak wine barrels and the quiet weight of winemaking history. Intimate and atmospheric, ideal for rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and candlelit receptions.

Our restaurant team builds your menu custom, rooted in seasonal, farm-to-table cooking. From passed bites and stationed spreads to family-style dinners that feel like the best kind of holiday table, every course starts with what's growing on our farm and at our neighbors'. Bar service, regional wine pairings, and late-night snacks all live under one roof.
