Joe Izzo is a Breathwave Level 3 trained facilitator, InnerTrek graduate, and ceremonialist based in Portland, Oregon. His work sits at the intersection of breath, sound, and embodied awareness, creating grounded, transformative spaces for personal and collective healing.

With over 16 years of experience exploring plant medicine and consciousness practices, Joe guides individuals and groups through somatic, breath-centered experiences that invite the body into the process of transformation. His approach honors the breath not only as a physiological tool, but as a threshold, one that opens into deeper layers of awareness. He creates containers that are both expansive and deeply nourishing, meeting people where they are.

His ceremonial practice draws from earth-based and inner mystery traditions, guided by a receptive, listening presence. He is also a musician, a tea practitioner trained in Gongfu Cha, and the host of The Conscious Cloud podcast.
