Yes, we require all weddings to include a professional wedding planner and day-of coordinator.
Depending on your guest count, ceremonies can be moved indoors. For larger celebrations, we're happy to coordinate a tent rental for a seamless backup plan.
Convenient street parking is available throughout downtown McMinnville. Stillwater also offers 10 on-site parking spaces for guests and vendors, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our upstairs loft provides a bright, private space for getting ready before your celebration. Featuring large windows, natural light, and two dedicated restrooms, it's a comfortable place to relax and prepare for the day ahead.
Outdoor amplified music must end by 10:00 PM. Most celebrations conclude by 11:00 PM, with additional hours available for an added fee, subject to availability.
Yes. Our main event spaces and restrooms are ADA accessible. Please note the private loft is located upstairs and is accessible by stairs only.
